AI Integration
From this 2D rendering created several years ago, I was able to generate this customized 10 second animation into the space in less than five minutes with the help of AI. I set the speed and location of the turn.
Starting with the partial photograph on the left, I was able to complete the view through the use of AI prompts. Four iterations were required to complete the photograph. Total time was less than 30 minutes. I left in a few ai oddities to prove it is not an actual photograph.
From a detailed text prompt for a reception desk/seating area in a satellite office for NVidia overlooking the bay in Boston, I was able to produce a multitude of photo-real design options that would be worthy of discussion among designers and the client in a manner of minutes. Creating these views manually in revit or MAX would have taken well over a week.

From the rendering on the right, I wrote a text prompt to create a walk-thru of the conceptual night club.
I wrote a prompt for a bar that was located in an old warehouse constructed of old brick, tall windows and had an area for a band to play. I wanted a chandelier over the bar where a bartender wearing a vest and tie was making a drink. I also asked for polished concrete floors and a tin ceiling.
I wrote a prompt for a restaurant which would be associated with the Union Pacific Bar with the same finish and lighting qualities.
